Do I Need to Pay in Full Upfront?

No. We only require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and schedule your transport. The remaining balance is due one day prior to your vehicle’s arrival at its destination. This structure keeps the process fair, transparent, and straightforward — with no hidden fees or surprises.

Is My Vehicle Insured During Transport?

Yes. Your vehicle is fully insured while it is in our care and on our transport truck. Our cargo insurance covers damages directly related to the transportation process or handling of the vehicle during pickup, transit, and delivery. As with all carriers, coverage applies only during the agreed transport period.

Can I Place Personal Belongings Inside My Vehicle?

Yes. Roca Car Hauling provides customers with up to 250 lbs of complimentary personal items inside the vehicle during transport. For safety and compliance, all items must be securely placed below window level and properly packed to prevent movement while in transit.
